Payment
You may order from us using your credit or debit card. All of our payments are handled by PayPal via their secure website. Please note that you can still make a payment with PayPal using your credit card, without opening an account with them. We do not store any of your personal information on this website.
If you wish to make a payment by cheque, please contact us for further instructions.
Delivery and Shipping
Postage prices are for the UK only. Please contact us before placing your order, for overseas delivery, as this will be a slightly increased cost.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure a fast delivery of your purchases ( usually within 7 days) , we recommend that you allow 21 days for UK orders ( excluding Christmas and holiday periods). Overseas orders may take a little longer. Please note that paying by cheque will slow down your order process. If you require an item for a special occasion, then please do let us know and we will endeavour to process your order as a priority. Please feel free to email us at anytime regarding the status of your order.
It is very important to us, that you receive your purchases in perfect condition. Every item is thoroughly checked for quality before packaging.
All our prints are packaged with a protective board, in a clear sleeve. The watermark copyright banners which you see on the images on this website will not appear on your print. Please be aware that due to different colour representations, the hue of your print may differ very slightly from that visible on the web. Sizes displayed are accurate, but may have the possibilty of varying only by a few millimetres.
Giftware items are mailed to you in protective packaging and may be dispatched separately if your order also contains prints. This is to ensure that no unnecessary creases or bends occur to the print during transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or breakage incurred in the mail. This a matter to be resolved by the mailing company. We do however, obtain postage certificates for every item sent, in order to assist as much as possible.
Please specify at the time of placing your order, if you require your prints to be signed ( personalised or otherwise ) by the artist, free of charge.
We reserve the right to cancel and /or refund any transaction, in the event of fraudulent or altered orders.
